... send me the HTML files through e-Mail,
saying also into which language(s) you want your web site translated,
and the necessary information for contacting you.
You can also use the estimate form.
In both cases I shall prepare an Estimate and I'll send it per e-Mail
for you to study it. I'll begin working as soon as you have accepted
the Estimate.
If you do not have a web site yet...
... and you wish me to design one for you, you will have to let
me know in which languages and how you wish it to look like (unless
you give me free hand on it) and all necessary data.
